💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SocialHoye LLP, we aim to deliver high-quality marketing, design, and content services tailored to your brand. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may apply for our services.


1. Project-Based Services

Includes:
🔹 Content Creation (Reels, Posts)
🔹 Branding Design (Logo, Packaging)
🔹 Traditional Media Design (Flyers, Hoardings)
🔹 Photography/Videography

Refund Policy:

  • Once the project is confirmed and work has started (research, strategy, or initial drafts), no refunds will be issued.

  • In case of cancellation before work has begun, up to 50% of the advance may be refunded depending on internal effort or resource allocation.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing within 24 hours of payment to be considered for any refund.


2. Retainer/Monthly Services

Includes:
🔹 Social Media Management
🔹 Paid Ad Campaigns
🔹 SEO / Email Marketing
🔹 Influencer Campaigns

Refund Policy:

  • These are prepaid, time-bound services. Once a month’s work has been initiated (strategy call, calendar planning, or posting), no refund is provided.

  • If services are cancelled before the new monthly cycle starts, the next cycle will not be billed.

Cancellation:

  • Must be requested via email at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.


3. Missed Deadlines / Client Delays

  • If delays occur due to pending approvals or non-responsiveness from the client, SocialHoye LLP is not liable for extensions or refunds.

  • Delayed responses from clients may push deliverables without refund or discount.


4. Change of Scope

  • If you request major changes after the project is underway, this may result in revised timelines and additional charges — not a cancellation/refund.


5. Technical Issues / Website Hosting

  • SocialHoye LLP is not responsible for hosting/server issues on third-party platforms.

  • No refunds are applicable in such cases unless a separate SLA is agreed.


6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Project name/service

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Proof of payment

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
