5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms are discussed on a per-project or retainer basis.

• No refunds will be provided once the work has begun or designs/content have been delivered.

• In case of project cancellation before initiation, any advance paid may be partially refundable based on the effort incurred.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain full confidentiality of your brand strategies, designs, and credentials shared during our engagement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service engagement or access to our website without notice in case of abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
